WARRANTY POLICY

A product is only faulty if the product does not comply with the applicable product specifications included in the product user manual or if the fault is due to defects in materials or manufacturing.

The warranty is void and does not cover:

  • –If the product has been opened including if the seal is broken, purposely damaged or in any way modified or altered;
  • –products that have been repaired by anyone other than CTEK or its authorized representatives;
  • –products that have been subject to the use of supplies and accessories other than those approved in writing or supplied by CTEK;
  • –improper use or non-compliance with installation, commissioning, operation or maintenance instructions (i.e. not according to the operation & installation man
  • –unauthorized modifications, changes or attempted repairs;
  • –vandalism, destruction through external influence and/or persons/animals;
  • –failure to observe applicable safety standards and regulations;
  • –faults caused by fire, water, snow, moisture, or other liquids except as specified for normal use.
  • –products where the serial number is defaced, altered or removed;
  • –– any utilization of a product that is inconsistent with either the design of the product or the way CTEK intended the product to be used;
  • –any installation and/or modifications that prevents normal service of the product;
  • –normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage such as, but not limited to, corrosion, scratches, dents, rust, stains, non-functional parts such as but not limited to plastics and finishes;
  • –damage, fault, failure, imperfection, caused by abuse, tampering, illegal use, negligence, prolonged use or operation; or
  • –faults in any other way caused by the customer/retailer/user.

CTEK makes no other warranty than as set out herein and CTEK shall in no event be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

The faulty product shall be returned with the receipt to the retailer/place of purchase together with a fault description. The cost of two way transportation for the damaged item will be borne by the buyer.

Claims sent directly from end user to CTEK will not be accepted. Products sent directly to CTEK will be returned to the sender at sender’s cost.

The warranty period for a product is stated in the applicable product user manual delivered with the product.

The warranty is only valid if the warranty period has not expired.

If the warranty claim of a faulty product is not approved by CTEK, the product will be returned only if the customer/retailer/place of purchase explicitly so requests. The customer/retailer/place of purchase will then have to pay the freight.

Faulty products will be repaired or replaced with an exchangeable product and returned at the cost of CTEK.

If the warranty period has expired the product will be returned without further investigation at the cost of the customer/retailer/place of purchase.

Faulty products will be scrapped by CTEK if deemed not repairable.

CTEK reserves the right to vary, modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in the availability of services, products and/or spare parts or for the purpose of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, without notice.

Shipping

  1. naredi.in uses reliable shipping companies for shipment of goods PAN India.
  2. The goods are shipped within one working day of receipt of order with payment
  3. Tracking number will be provided on the registered mail provided at the time of checkout
  4. Delays caused by shipping/courier company are not within the liability of naredi.in
  5. naredi.in will provide all possible support to track delayed shipments.but is not liable for the delay or lack of support from third party.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

naredi,in has a fair policy for sales made from the site. Please note the following:

– Products which do not perform or not as described in the product Data sheet are valid for refund.

– Products once sold will be refunded or exchanged only if the following criteria are me

  1. Product is delivered in tampered packing
  2. Product does not function on first connection or is “DEAD” on arrival.
  3. Any condition which is not met in the terms of sale or product description.
  4. All defects need to informed to naredi.in within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  5. And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us.
  6. To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points.
    • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
    • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.
    • We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won’t be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
  1. Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount.Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability.
